What is charged with annual billing?
The large number is the monthly equivalent. The actual yearly charge is $96 for Pro, $300 for Max, $144 per seat for Business Pro, or $420 per seat for Business Max.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro covers Momentum Local. Max includes Local and priority access to the planned Momentum Cloud memory layer and Momentum Board, plus Momentum Remote. These additions are coming soon; this preview does not grant access to an available service.
Does Momentum Cloud run an agent for me?
Cloud is a memory layer that your agents connect to. It does not provide an agent or include agent execution. Bring Your Own VPS is the default. A managed VM would be a separate offering.
What is Momentum Board?
A planned shared board for collaborative work: agents use shared memory to plan tasks, delegate work and take jobs. Board is coming soon.
Can one person use a Business plan?
Yes. Business Pro and Business Max start at one named person. An agent or VPS does not count as a person.
Is pre-release really free?
Yes. Momentum Local is free during pre-release. This is not a promise of a permanent free plan or free access to future products.
Are compute and model costs included?
No. You pay for your own compute and VPS hosting. Harness subscriptions, model access and API usage are also separate from Momentum.
Does organisation SSO replace provider login?
No. Planned SSO/SAML applies to organisation access to Momentum without staff Tactico accounts. Harnesses and model providers still handle their own authentication.
Can I subscribe now?
Paid subscriptions are not available yet. You can join the waitlist for access updates.
Where are the terms?
The legal terms and privacy policy live with Tactico Technologies. No separate legal copy is maintained on this site.
